Parmesan Chicken Schnitzel with an apple and fennel slaw.  Follow my tips to make two chicken breasts feed a family of 4-5.  We’ll talk crumbs, seasoning and how to cook the perfect schnitzel.  Then it’s on to the slaw, the perfect economical salad for the winter months that doesn’t have to be boring!
Or turn your schnitzel into the pub classic Parmigiana.
Sicilian Apple Cake – this is a favourite recipe from my café days.  Delicious as a dessert or with a cuppa.  And, as it’s more apple than cake it surely counts towards your 5 + a day.

Recipe Club is a series of cooking Classes designed to be fun, inspiring and teach you something new.  We have weekend (more in-depth sessions) and Weeknight sessions for some meal inspo.
