Growing up in the Waikato Tatua Dairy Co-op has always been there. My Dad’s company did a lot of work on their factory in the 80s and he always came home with a can of dairy whip – such a treat!
Like many Waikato companies Tatua have punched above their weight but done so quietly. A huge fan of their products and what they have done as a company I was thrilled to work with them, both in the ma to tell their story but also to develop some recipes for their website and socials.
