200 g Butter, softened
½ cup sugar
125 ml Condensed milk
2 cups flour
1 tsp Baking powder
250 g chocolate chips
Pre heat the oven to 180C
Beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the condensed milk and beat in. Mix in the flour and baking powder along with the chocolate chips.
Roll heaped spoonfuls of the mixture into balls and place on lined oven trays. Press down a little using a lightly floured fork. Place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
