Stelline salad red kitchen 1

Here’s a great salad idea from Megan and the team at Red Kitchen, using Cuisinescenes black raspberry vinaigrette.

1 cup currants
½ cup toasted sesame seeds
½ cup toasted pinenuts
¼ cup poppy seeds
1 red capsicum, seeds removed, finely diced
1 green capsicum, seeds removed, finely diced
1 cup Italian parsley, chopped
2 cups stelline pasta
3 tsp tumeric

¼ cup Cuisine Scene black raspberry vinaigrette
¼ cup olive oil or flax seed oil
2 tsp cumin seeds, toasted
1 tsp curry powder



  1. In a pot whisk in 3 tsp turmeric to cold water, bring to boil and add the stelline. Cook.
  2. Add the dressing to the stelline.
  3. Gently fold in all the other ingrediants.
  4. Stir in the dressing, add salt to taste and combine well
