Spring Entertaining


Join Nourish editor, Vicki Ravlich-Horan in her kitchen for these small classes full of fun and inspiration.  Simply bring an appetite and I’ll do the rest from a drinks and nibbles to start with to a gorgeous meal at the end.  You’ll go home with the full recipes and a whole load of tips and tricks.


Tis nearly the season, the season of parties and BBQs.  Join me while I create a lovely lunch of exquisite dishes you will be proud to recreate for your next party.  We’ll tart up some asparagus, slow cook a leg of lamb, prepare some stunning salads and treat ourselves to a couple of desserts.
