1 cup medjool dates
½ cup almonds
½ cup cashews
½ cup hazelnuts
1 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp Poppy and Olive Chocolate Hazelnut Butter*
Add all nuts to food processor and blend for one minute. Add medjool dates, cacao and hazelnut butter and blitz until combined to a nice texture so they can be rolled into balls. Use a tablespoon measure to get even sizes.
If mixture is too wet roll balls in some coconut to help them set.
