250g butter, melted
1/2 cup cocoa
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
250g Whittakers Peanut Butter Chocolate, roughly chopped
Add the melted butter to the sugar and cocoa and stir well. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until well combined before adding the flour, baking powder and chopped chocolate.
Mix well before pouring into a lined 20cm x 30cm tin
Bake at 180C for 25-30 minutes or until brownie springs back when touched lightly, making sure not to overcook the brownie.
