I am not going to proport these biscuits as being healthy but they are definitely lower in fat and sugar than most and yet still very delicious!  Perfect with an afternoon cuppa.

125g butter, softened
1/2c brown sugar
1 egg
1&1/2 c wholemeal flour
1/3 c self raising flour
¼ c wheatgerm
¼ c coconut
¼ c milk
Dark chocolate

Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.  Beat in the egg and then mix in all the dry ingredients and milk.

Roll into small balls and flatten these on a lined baking tray using a fork or your fingers.  Bake for 12 minutes at 180 degreeC.  Allow to cool and then ice the flat side of the biscuits with milted dark chocolate.
